5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time

The delivery time includes both the order processing period and the shipping period.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Local Delivery (within Israel): Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.
Express International Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and customs.
Standard International Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

Delivery Method
All deliveries are handled by professional door-to-door courier services, ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Refunds: Not available.
Exchanges: Accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, unworn, with tags, and include a valid proof of purchase from our website (order number or invoice).
Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.
Other Exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Cancellations:
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not shipped.
- After shipping, cancellations are not possible.
- Custom or Final Sale Items are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or refund.

7. Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos of the product as proof to 📧 raghadkhamis09@gmail.com.
- Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange return or exchange at no cost, including free return shipping.
- If the product is unavailable, you may choose a replacement of equal value or store credit.
