Delivery Time

The delivery time includes both the order processing period and the shipping period.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Local Delivery (within Israel): Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • Express International Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

  • Standard International Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

Delivery Method
All deliveries are handled by professional door-to-door courier services, ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.


Return & Exchange Policy
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

  • Exchanges: You may exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

    • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

    • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement.

  • Customer Responsibility: For all other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy
  • Before Shipping: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase at no cost.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Custom or Final Sale Items: These cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.


Defective Product Responsibility 

At RAGHAD KHAMIS, we stand behind the quality of our products.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to an exchange or replacement at no extra cost.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by email at raghadkhamis09@gmail.com, including photos of the defect.

  • Once approved, we will arrange free return shipping and send you a replacement item.

  • If the item is out of stock, you may choose a different product of equal value or store credit.

  • This responsibility does not cover damages caused by misuse, normal wear & tear, or accidents after delivery.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

  • Customs & Duties (International Orders): Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.
